Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Products are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes with a nondescript return address.
After you submit your order you will receive an automatic email order confirmation.
Shipping to a military address (APO, FPO) works differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military postal system and then they take over and deliver to the various military bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Postal Service, the shipment can no longer be tracked. Please be aware that the military may confiscate some items that do not conform to their list of accepted items. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from Convergence. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.
We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.
In your return package please include:
The packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
